When will my order be charged?

All orders are charged immediately at checkout for the full cost of your order. Pending authorization holds may appear on your account for up to seven business days depending on your card's issuing bank. If a pending hold does not drop after this time or you believe there is a billing error, please contact us.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Depending on where your order is in the fulfillment process, we may be able to update your shipping address or cancel your order. Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll make every effort to accommodate your request.

Once your request is received, a team member will notify you via email to confirm whether it was able to be processed. Please note that an address change or cancellation is not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.

Can I place an order over the phone?

At this time we only accept orders placed through our website. If you're having trouble placing an order, please reach out to us and we'll help troubleshoot.

My order arrived damaged, incorrect, or incomplete — what do I do?

Please contact us immediately if your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. Photos are required so we can investigate and resolve the issue. We are not responsible for damage that occurs after an item has been worn, used, or washed.

If your order arrived incomplete, please contact us right away letting us know what is missing. We are only able to process a refund or reshipment for missing or damaged items within 30 days of the date you received your order.

What if my item looks different from the product photo?

We make every effort to accurately represent our products. If you believe the item you received differs significantly from what was described, please contact us with a photo so our team can assist you.

What is the sales tax on my order?

Sales tax is applied to all domestic orders. The tax amount is calculated based on applicable sales tax and use tax laws within each state.

How do discounts and promotions work?

Unless otherwise specified, product prices already reflect any applicable discounts. All offers are limited to stock on hand. Promotions cannot be combined with any other sale, discount, promo code, or offer, and have no cash value. Returns or cancellations of any portion of a purchase may forfeit the offer value.

Returns FAQ

How long do I have to request a return or exchange?

You have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return or exchange. Requests outside this window cannot be accommodated.

What condition does my item need to be in to qualify?

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where we are responsible for the issue (e.g., damaged or incorrect items). If a return package does not successfully arrive at our warehouse, we cannot issue a refund or exchange.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method. It typically takes 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

Custom or personalized products cannot be returned. If you have a question about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email us at help@threefourco.com to begin the process. Do not send items back without first requesting a return — items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

My order was cancelled — can I get a refund on shipping?

If your order has already shipped and you wish to cancel, you may refuse the package upon delivery or contact the carrier to arrange a return. Once we receive the item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method minus the cost of shipping.

Shipping FAQs

When will my order ship?

In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–5 business days. Transit times shown at checkout are estimates and do not include processing time.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarders. Please enter a physical address at checkout.

When will I get my tracking information?

Tracking info will be emailed to the address you entered at checkout once your order ships. Domestic tracking may take up to 48 hours to reflect updates. If tracking is not active after that window, please contact us.

What are the estimated domestic delivery times?

Estimated transit times (not including processing):

  • USPS First Class — 2–5 business days
  • USPS Priority — 1–3 business days
  • USPS Media Mail — 2–8 business days
  • UPS Ground — 1–5 business days

Carrier delays can occur due to factors outside our control. We do not offer refunds for shipping delays.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days and international delivery averages 10 business days once shipped, though customs delays can extend this to 6–8 weeks in some cases.

We are not financially responsible for products confiscated by customs authorities. If your tracking has not updated after the 6–8 week window, please contact us.

What about customs fees and duties on international orders?

International shipments may incur import fees, duties, and taxes not reflected in our shipping prices. We are not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your country's customs office. Please consult your local customs authority for details.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address being provided at checkout. If your package is returned to us, we will contact you to confirm an updated address and allow one reshipment. If the package fails to deliver a second time, we will refund the item cost minus shipping. Please also ensure your address is current in PayPal if using that payment method.

What about presale items?

Payment for presale items is charged immediately at checkout. Shipping timelines for presale items are detailed in the product description. If you order a presale item alongside an in-stock item, your entire order will ship when the presale item becomes available — unless otherwise noted. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
